摘要
以显著持久心境低落为主要临床特征的精神障碍抑郁症具有高患病率、高复发率、高自杀率和高致残率,已成为极严峻的公共心理健康隐患。抑郁症治疗除常用的药物、心理和物理等方法外,近年兴起的经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)物理疗法,因其使用方便、副作用少且无需麻醉、经济实惠等突出优点受到广泛关注。TDCS可无创穿过颅骨,直接以微弱电流刺激前额叶皮层来调节大脑皮质兴奋性,以此达到调理改善抑郁症状的目的。尝试将tDCS用于抑郁症治疗的多年研究已确认:tDCS有显著抗抑郁疗效,并可改善抑郁患者的认知心理状况,是一种非常有发展前景的抑郁症治疗新手段。从其治疗机理、作用疗效、安全操作与存在问题及未来发展前景等方面综述tDCS在抑郁症治疗中的应用和研究进展。
