生物柴油掺混比例对柴油机颗粒排放微观特性的影响

摘要
为研究燃用生物柴油发动机排放颗粒的微观特性,在一台电控高压共轨柴油机上进行试验。发动机在转速2000r/min、扭矩225Nm的工况稳定运转时,燃用不同掺混比例的黄连木籽生物柴油—柴油。利用高分辨率透射电镜(HRTEM),按照Brasil算法,计算排放颗粒的分形维数。结果表明:生物柴油体积掺混比为0、10%和50%的3种燃料的颗粒由粒径为26.56~28.61nm球形原始粒子构成,具有分形特性;而生物柴油掺混比为100%时,原始粒子直径为45.57nm,与其余3种燃料相差较大。随掺混比例的增加,分形维数逐渐增加,结构逐渐紧凑;原始粒子的层面间距逐渐减小,氧化活性逐渐降低。
