服务中的感知控制、顾客参与和顾客满意

摘要
由于顾客对服务过程的参与,感知控制在其中发挥了重要的作用。本文在对感知控制的概念和形式进行阐述的基础上,重点阐释了服务中的感知控制,并解释了顾客参与、感知控制和顾客满意三者之间的关系。最后提出了在顾客参与过程中提高感知控制的途径。
