补肾方药对老年大鼠胸腺细胞糖皮质激素受体的作用研究

摘要：

目的　研究补肾方药对老年大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法　以同位素标记的地塞米松与大鼠胸腺细胞反应 ,比较老年组、青年组、用药组大鼠胸腺细胞糖皮质激素受体复合物的核转移率。结果　补肾方药能明显抑制胸腺细胞糖皮质激素受体复合物的核转移率。结论　补肾方药能改善糖皮质激素对免疫系统的抑制作用
