摘要：

为了更好地解决高耗能产业存在的"三高"问题,保障产业的可持续发展,使用复杂系统分析的方法构建行业生态系统。对照自然生态系统、结合高耗能行业的实际特点,深入探讨产业生态系统的构成主体,归纳总结产业生态系统的运行机制,借鉴价值链和复杂系统理论,绘制产业生态系统的运行机制总体关系图并对其进行分析。
