摘要：

<正>功能性便秘(functional constipation,FC)以排便次数减少、粪便干硬、排便费力等为主要表现,缺乏结构性改变、生化学异常引起便秘的证据,是一种常见的功能性肠病。既往根据便秘产生的机制,将功能性便秘分为慢传输型(slow transit constipation,STC)、出口梗阻型(outlet obstructive constipation,OOC)和混合型(mixed constipation,MC),2006年颁布的"罗马III-功能性胃肠病"已明确将出口梗阻型便秘归类至功
