常用职业测验在大学毕业生职业心理适应中的效度分析

摘要
探讨了常用职业心理测验在大学毕业生职业心理适应中的效度。对全国不同类型高校725名大学毕业生实施了职业兴趣、工作价值和择业效能等测验。结果表明,几种职业心理测验对大学毕业生职业心理适应有不同的区分效度。看重与工作性质相关的工作价值,职业兴趣分化程度高,择业效能高的大学毕业生,职业心理适应更佳。结构方程模型证实择业效能、工作价值和职业兴趣对职业心理适应水平有显著的预测作用。
