摘要：

伏立康唑是第二代三唑类广谱抗真菌药,具有更广泛的抗菌谱,在移植后真菌感染的治疗中发挥着越来越广泛的作用。该文就近两年来伏立康唑在移植后真菌感染的应用和不良反应、药物相互作用及治疗药物监测等进行综述。
