单纯双足跖趾关节受累的疑似类风湿关节炎一例

摘要：

<正> 患者女,21岁。3年前无明显诱因反复出现双足多个跖趾关节肿胀、疼痛,晨起时明显,负重时疼痛加重,徒步活动受限。无双手及任何其他关节受累。多次查类风湿因子(RF)、抗环瓜氨酸多肽(CCP)抗体、抗角蛋白抗体(AKA)及抗核周因子(APF)均为阴性。3年来间断给予非甾体抗炎药(NSAIDs)治疗,病情无明显缓解。既往体健,无相关遗传性疾病家族
