心肌细胞再生和干细胞移植的研究现状

摘要
终末期心脏病是以有功能的心肌细胞减少为主要特征,心力衰竭为主要表现的临床综合征。至今仍没有有效的恢复心肌细胞数量或再生的方法,因此寻找促进心肌细胞再生的方法是目前基础和临床研究的重点。目前的研究认为干细胞移植可能通过分化为心肌细胞促进心肌的修复。尽管还有许多问题没有解决,但这为促进心脏修复提供了一个可能有效的手段。该文就心肌细胞再生和干细胞移植的现状做一综述。
