定量计算机断层摄影术测定中国人群多中心体脂指标与高血压水平的相关性研究

摘要
目的:探讨定量计算机断层摄影术(QCT)测定人的体脂指标与高血压水平相关性研究。方法:选取前瞻性城市流行病学(PURE)研究序列人群中的1 488例受试者,年龄为4282岁。根据受试者血压情况分为非高血压组783例和高血压组705例。使用QCT脂肪测量软件测量腰2(L2)层面腹内脂肪面积及皮下脂肪面积,测量并计算体脂指标如体重指数(BMI)、腰围、臀围、腰围与身高比值(WHt R)。分别采用线性Logistic回归和二分类Logistic分析体表测量指标及腹内脂肪面积、皮下脂肪面积与高血压的相关性。结果:与非高血压组相比,高血压组BMI、腰围、臀围、WHt R、腹内脂肪面积、皮下脂肪面积均显著增高(P<0.05)。BMI、腰围、臀围、WHt R、腹内脂肪面积、皮下脂肪面积与收缩压及舒张压均呈显著相关性(P<0.05)。多因素回归分析显示WHt R及腹内脂肪面积、皮下脂肪面积为收缩压的独立影响因素;而腰围、腹内脂肪面积为舒张压的独立影响因素,进一步以高血压为因变量分析显示腹内脂肪面积、腰围为高血压的独立影响因素。结论:在中国人群中,腹内脂肪与高血压的关系密切,可能有助于高血压危险分层。
