商业模式设计与企业绩效:战略柔性的调节作用

摘要
本研究基于商业生态系统理论及动态能力理论,分析了新颖型商业模式设计和效率型商业模式设计对企业绩效的影响,并探讨了资源柔性与协调柔性对商业模式设计绩效获取的调节作用。通过对204家中国企业的实证检验,结果表明,新颖型商业模式设计与效率型商业模式设计均能够促进企业绩效。资源柔性对效率型商业模式设计与企业绩效间的关系存在显著的正向调节效应,而对新颖型商业模式设计与企业绩效间的关系起着倒U型调节效应;协调柔性正向调节新颖型商业模式设计对企业绩效的促进作用,而对效率型商业模式设计对企业绩效的积极效应起倒U型调节作用。
