摘要：

动脉栓塞作为难治性产后出血的首选方法已获产科医师的认可,但目前在病例筛选、手术时机掌握、最佳栓塞剂的剂量和大小、栓塞程度和栓塞方式、术中紧急处理及术后后续治疗方面尚无统一方案,影响了产后出血动脉栓塞治疗的效果。文章重点介绍了以上几方面的临床经验和体会。
