摘要
三七总皂苷(panax notoginsenosidum,PNS)具有增加脑血流量,改善微循环和抗血小板聚集等作用,在临床上广泛用于脑缺血/再灌注损伤(cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury,CIRI)的治疗。目前研究认为,三七总皂苷对脑缺血/再灌注损伤的保护机制涉及其对自由基及脂质过氧化物、细胞凋亡、钙通道、神经元损伤、相关信号通路蛋白表达等多方面作用。这些结果为三七总皂苷的合理开发和应用提供了充分的科学依据。笔者对近年来国内外有关文献进行了检索和分析,现对三七总皂苷保护脑缺血/再灌注损伤机制的研究进展予以综述。
