<正> 免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry,IHC)作为诊断和指导治疗的重要工具,目前已在外科病理学中广泛运用。随着HER2、ER、PR等一些重要治疗和预后预测指标的运用,IHC的检测标准化问题已日益凸显。尽管目前试剂质量和自动化程度有大幅度的提高,但IHC结果的不稳定情况仍相当突出。影响IHC染色结果的几个主要因素包括组织固定和处理、抗原修复、抗体质量、检测系统等。组织固定和
