果实成熟的分子生物学及基因工程的研究概况

摘要
<正> 近几年,随着分析手段的进一步完善,人们更多地从分子生物学的观点来探讨果实成熟的机理及利用基因工程手段控制果实的成熟。本文综述相关领域几个问题的研究概况。 1 成熟突变体和突变基因对番茄(Lycopesicon esculentum Mill)果实成熟的研究已明确知道,自然界中存在大量的番茄成熟突变体,这些突变体对果实的成熟是有害的,而对母体植物的发育则无影响。其中一些突变只影响果实颜色的形成,而有另外一些则对果实成熟的不少指标都有影响。生物化学和分子生物学研究不少是借助于这些突变体而进行的(2,6,10,12,13,14,16,19,20,25)。
