摘要：

探讨和比较了精益生产和敏捷制造模式 ,强调了相似和不同之处 .通过考虑这两种生产模式之间的不同点 ,发现它们不应该被孤立发展 .在供应链中集成精益生产和敏捷制造往往是合适的 ,因为精益生产需要层级调度 ,敏捷制造最适合于满足波动需求 .这种混合供应链能够考虑市场知识和解耦点的定位 ,能够更快捷地响应和满足客户的需求 .通过一个实例示范 ,说明了精益生产和敏捷制造是如何被成功地结合在供应链里的 .
