<正>膝关节骨性关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是一种常见的非对称性、非炎症性、无全身性征象的疾病,是骨科临床的常见病和多发病,多表现为膝关节的疼痛、畸形、不同程度的功能障碍,严重影响患者的生活质量和劳动能力[1]。目前临床上该病的治疗方法主要有:1非手术治疗,包括健康教育及生活指导、针灸推拿、康复治疗、药物治疗。2手术治疗,主要包括关节镜下膝关节冲洗和清理术、截骨术、关节置换术和膝关节融合术。3其他的新兴疗法,包括
