摘要：

目的:研究中药复方制剂中有效成分提取分离方法。方法:用超临界流体萃取六味地黄丸中的丹皮酚,HPLC用于分析提取物。结果:夹带甲醇(流速0.4 mL.min-1)的超临界CO2能有效地提取六味地黄丸中的丹皮酚。结论:该分析方法具简便、快速、准确的优点。
