混合盐引发对水稻种子在逆境条件下发芽及幼苗生理特性的影响

摘要
试验研究了混合盐溶液引发处理对水稻加育 94 8种子在低温 (5℃ )和盐胁迫 (0 .5 8% Na Cl)逆境下发芽及幼苗素质的影响 ,分别测定了发芽率 ,发芽指数 ,淀粉酶、过氧化氢酶、根系脱氢酶活性等指标 .结果表明 ,混合盐溶液引发可以提高水稻加育 94 8的抗逆能力 ,在两种逆境下使种子发芽加快 .在低温逆境下 ,α-淀粉酶和根系脱氢酶活性无显著变化 ,β-淀粉酶和过氧化氢酶活性增强 .在盐逆境下 ,α-淀粉酶、β-淀粉酶活性和根系脱氢酶活性显著增强 ,过氧化氢酶活性提高
