摘要：

自从Hambrick和Mason提出高层管理理论后,有很多学者在高层管理团队的人口特征方面展开实证研究,并取得大量成果。本文主要是对这些成果进行回顾,并对高层管理团队人口特征相关实证研究的不足之处进行分析,提出未来研究的方向。
