老龄化新趋势及应对:国际化与多元治理

摘要：

老龄问题实质是社会问题,也是国际社会问题,国际社会中各个国家或大多数国家都面临老龄以及应对老龄化问题,老龄化趋势开始凸现国际化。所以,应对老龄化仅仅采用国内政策以及国内法不足以解决,经济全球化之后老龄化需要多元治理,即采用国内政策与国际政策、国内法与国际法多元治理的新治理方案与新方法。特别是,对老龄国际化问题运用国际化方法,由国际社会共同应对协调,坚持国际法律意识,积极合作治理老龄化问题。
