老年共病现状及管理策略

摘要：

两种或以上慢性疾病共存于同一个老年人,简称为老年共病。老年共病发生率高,极大增加了疾病管理的复杂性,增加不良预后风险,严重影响老年患者的功能和生活质量,并增加医疗费用。共病的管理策略应以患者为中心,进行整体性和个体化的医疗照护,最终目标是改善老年人的功能状态和生活质量。本文针对共病的概念、流行病学、影响、管理策略等方面进行综述。
