摘要：

脊柱化脓性骨髓炎虽然少见,但因其容易延误诊断而导致严重后果,其诊断和治疗仍然是具有挑战性的难题。文章介绍脊柱化脓性骨髓炎手术治疗的新进展,认为前路内固定是脊柱化脓性骨髓炎安全有效的手术方法。
