教师教学信念:教学活动中技术整合的重要影响因素

信息技术设施、教师培训以及政策等要素的改善并没有真正改变教师教育技术使用的低效现状,其中的一个深层原因在于教师尚未树立与接纳以学习者为中心的技术整合与教学创新的全新信念。大量研究表明,转变教师的已有信念是非常困难的,但通过个人直接经验、间接经验、社会文化浸润等策略的综合运用有可能有效地转变教师的教学信念,从而实现预期的教学变革与实践创新。
