生物可降解支架的临床应用进展

摘要
在过去的40年经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)策略在不断进展,新一代药物洗脱支架(DES)明显降低了支架内再狭窄,提高了临床疗效。但金属的永久存留、再狭窄、血栓和对患者心理上的影响,限制了其在部分病情复杂患者中的应用。生物可降解支架(BRS)是支架技术的一大进步,可以完全吸收恢复血管自身弹性、应变力、生理剪切力,是冠心病介入治疗领域的第四次革命,有可能解决上述问题。
