新兴建导式团队协作研究述评与前沿问题展望

摘要
新兴信息技术和互联网的发展使得团队协作在管理学等领域的研究中进入了一个新的纪元,社会各界也迫切需要提高团队协作效率。近年来,在国际上兴起了协作工程学(Collaboration Engineering)这一新兴的交叉领域,它吸引着众多的学者来进行建导式协作(Facilitated Collaboration)等协作工程学方面的研究。介绍了国际上关于建导式协作系列研究的学术方向,引入了思想利丝(Thinklets)的概念,并对其研究方法、发展趋势和相关资料作了相应综述和讨论,最后提出了未来研究的若干热点问题,并针对这一领域的发展方向进行了展望。
