摘要：

认为科技创新主体互动中会产生自发秩序并表现出渐进制度演化特征,企业边界漂移决定科技创新主体互动的适应性演化,创新主体互动效应中演化特征明显。在此基础上,探讨科技创新主体有效互动需要正式制度和非正式制度的有效嵌入、科技创新要形成人格化机制以及创新集群的培育与发展。
