<正>肝门部胆管癌是指肝总管、左右肝管及其汇合部发生的恶性肿瘤,也称近端胆管癌或高位胆管癌。1957年Altemeier首先描述该症,1965年Klatskin报道13例后才被广泛重视并被命名为Klatskin瘤
