摘要：

为了更好地理解电子商务能力如何改善供应链绩效,基于IT过程观和能力层级观重新定义电子商务能力,识别了电子商务能力的两个维度:"电子商务系统能力"和"电子商务服务能力",并构建了一个联系电子商务系统能力、电子商务服务能力与供应链绩效的概念模型,揭示电子商务能力影响供应链绩效的机理。该模型不同于以往研究的价值在于:一是通过整合已有研究重新定义了电子商务能力概念;二是研究了电子商务服务能力对电子商务系统能力和供应链绩效的中介影响。以152家制造企业的调查数据作为数据分析来源,采用结构方程建模技术检验了本文提出的概念模型及相关假设。研究结果证实了电子商务能力两维构成的存在性,以及电子商务服务能力对电子商务系统能力和供应链绩效之间关系的完全中介效应。
