自噬在心肌缺血/再灌注损伤中的作用及药物干预研究进展

摘要：

自噬现象为真核细胞所特有,是细胞内的物质成分利用溶酶体被降解过程的统称,在正常生理情况下它能清除无用的、多余的、受损的或癌变的细胞器,维持机体内环境稳态。此外,其在疾病防治、延缓衰老等方面有不可忽视的作用。在心肌缺血/再灌注(I/R)过程中,多种因素诱导细胞的自噬活动对心肌细胞的存活具有重要意义,药物对心肌I/R过程中自噬的调控作用目前较少报道。
