小的大肠癌双对比造影的诊断

摘要：

笔者报告23例经手术病理证实的小的大肠癌。以双对比造影时肿瘤基底部切线位为依据,把小的大肠癌分为带蒂型、窄基型和宽基型,并指出带蒂息肉癌变并非少见。文中表明,肿瘤基底部切迹征和肿瘤对侧肠壁局限性凹陷征,都是提示癌肿浸润肠壁的X线征,文中还对小的大肠癌的大小和轮廓进行了讨论。
