恩度联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效观察

摘要：

目的对恩度(新型重组人血管内皮抑素)联合化疗和单纯化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效、毒副反应进行比较。方法将2006年9月至2007年3月哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院内科就诊的71例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者随机分成两组:单纯化疗组32例,采用NP方案化疗,长春瑞宾(NVB)25mg/m2第1、8天,顺铂(CDDP)80mg/m2第1天,21d为一个周期。联合化疗组39例,化疗方案同单纯化疗组,并于每周期化疗第1天开始给予恩度15mg,静脉滴注,连用14d。两周期治疗结束后对其近期疗效、毒副反应进行评价。结果联合化疗组有效率为56%,单纯化疗组为31%,两组差异有显著性意义(P=0.034)。联合化疗组血小板降低、静脉炎和肝功能损害不良反应发生率显著低于单纯化疗组。结论恩度联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌能提高有效率。
