摘要：

本文系统回顾了我国农业支持政策体系的主要构成部分和基本内容,结合经济合作组织(OECD)对农业支持政策的定义和测评方法,对我国2003年至2012年农业支持水平和农民收入之间的关系进行分析,旨在探讨我国农业支持政策对农民增收的作用。基于分析结果和与OECD成员国的比较,对我国未来农业支持政策制定提出参考建议。
