[目的/意义]梳理美国国家安全情报工作的发展历程,分析其走向情报强国的发展路径,为我国发展国家安全情报工作提供借鉴。[方法/过程]从梳理美国情报工作的发展历史入手,总结美国建设情报强国的基本规律,吸纳其在情报建设方面的基本经验。[结果/结论]建设情报强国,应考虑战争需求、战略环境、制度创新、情报文化等因素对国家安全情报工作发展的影响,形成发展国家安全情报工作的基本路径,力争少走弯路,实现情报工作的跨越式发展。
