摘要：

<正>急性缺血性脑卒中早期神经功能恶化(early neurologicaldeterioration,END)也称进行性或进展性卒中,指早期阶段病情继续进展、神经功能损伤逐渐加重,其发病机制目前尚未完全阐明,亦缺乏早期识别及治疗的有效手段,死亡率和病残率较高。本文就近年END诊治的相关研究进展做一综述。
