摘要
γ-亚麻酸是一种具有多种生物学活性的多不饱和脂肪酸。多年研究表明:γ-亚麻酸存在于多种草本植物、藻类和低等真菌中,可通过多种生物学机制发挥降血脂、杀菌、抗炎、抗高血压、抗动脉粥样硬化等一系列生理生化功能。综述了γ-亚麻酸生物资源、代谢、生理生化功能及相关机制的研究进展。
