摘要
<正>脑卒中是中国患者死亡的主要原因之一,在全球范围内每年大约670万人死于脑卒中,是第2位死亡原因[1]。营养不良是脑卒中预后不良的重要原因之一[2]。脑卒中患者往往伴随吞咽困难、肢体瘫痪等因素而导致营养摄入不足,加大营养不良风险。1 脑卒中患者营养不良的危险因素及危害营养不良即由于摄入不足或缺乏营养摄入而导致身体成分和身体细胞质量改变,导致生理和心理功能的减退、疾病的临床预后受损[3] 。有研究表明,脑卒中患者营养不良风险发生率为
