<正>卵巢癌是妇科常见三大恶性肿瘤之一,其病死率居妇科肿瘤首位,由于缺乏特征性的早期症状和有效的筛查手段,卵巢癌发现时期别晚和预后差是其公认的特点。近年来的研究发现,遗传因素是卵巢癌发病重要的危险因素,5%～10%的卵巢癌属于遗传性卵巢癌综合征(hereditary ovariancancer syndrome,HOCS),符合常染色体显性遗传特征,肿瘤在家族中聚集性发生,发病年龄比较早,可合并乳腺癌、结直
