肥胖与甲状腺癌:临床新启示

摘要
甲状腺癌的患病率逐年增加,越来越多的研究表明肥胖可能增加其患病风险,且女性肥胖人群的甲状腺癌患病率显著增加。目前认为,胰岛素抵抗、高胰岛素血症、脂肪因子、促甲状腺激素和雌激素是较有可能参与肥胖致甲状腺癌过程的重要因素。但仍需要更多研究明确肥胖对甲状腺癌的影响及其机制,这将有助于肥胖和甲状腺癌的防治。
