摘要：

曲妥珠单抗是人表皮生长因子-2(HER-2)的单克隆抗体。最新的研究发现,曲妥珠单抗联合化疗可明显改善HER-2阳性进展期胃癌患者的生存,但是目前胃癌HER-2基因的检测方法如IHC、FISH等存在很多缺陷,一种新的自动化银增强染色(SISH)方法有望成为胃癌HER-2检测的标准检测方法。本文对HER-2在胃癌中的检测与临床研究进展进行综述。
