脑源性神经营养因子在脑缺血损伤修复反应中的作用

摘要
目的:研究BDNF在大鼠短暂MCAO再灌注后不同时点表达的变化,探讨BDNF对缺血脑组织的保护作用。方法:采用栓线法MCAO动物模型,通过免疫组化方法观察BDNF的表达情况。结果:短暂脑缺血后早期BDNF的表达是上调的。阳性细胞表达主要集中在缺血周围区的神经元、神经胶质细胞,且BDNF的表达有时间依赖性。结论:提示BDNF的表达增加对促进缺血周围区的损伤修复有重要作用,为临床应用BDNF治疗缺血性脑血管病提供一定的理论依据。
