心脏生化标志物在急诊临床中的合理应用

摘要：
近年来,心脏生化标志物在急诊胸痛与心源性呼吸困难(心力衰竭)的诊断与鉴别、急性冠状动脉综合征危险分层、心力衰竭病情与预后评估、指导或监测治疗反应等方面的作用日趋凸现,本文主要介绍反映心肌损伤的肌钙蛋白与肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶等、反映心脏功能的B型钠尿肽、反映心血管炎症状态的C反应蛋白等在急诊临床中的应用。
