<正>1引言1954年钱学森先生在美国出版了著名的《Engineering Cybernetics》[1],这是一本对控制科学影响深远而又持久的著作,该书是钱先生在遭受麦卡锡主义猖獗而受到政治迫害被强迫滞留美国并部分失去自由的情况下完成的.1955年10月经过中国政府的努力,钱先生终于回到了祖国.1956年初钱先生决定在中科院力学所亲自讲授这一著作,北京大学数学
