摘要：

多糖作为自然界中含量丰富的生物大分子,其不同的化学结构会影响其生物学活性.由于多糖结构复杂使其解析起来十分繁琐和困难,多糖的深入研究受到限制.因此,文中介绍了天然产物多糖初级结构和高级结构的研究方法,同时对毛细管电泳-质谱联用技术（CEMS）、基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱联用技术（MALDI-TOF-MS）、二维核磁共振技术（1H-1H COSY、HSQC、HMBC）、分子模拟技术等最新检测手段在多糖化学结构解析中的应用进行综述.这些技术可以方便快捷的提供多糖组成、链接顺序等一级结构信息,同时也可以表征多糖的空间构象,成为解析多糖结构、探究多糖结构-功能关系不可或缺的工具.
