摘要：

<正>乳腺癌是目前中国女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,癌症死亡原因位居前列。乳腺癌治疗包括手术治疗、化疗及靶向治疗,其中分子靶向治疗在乳腺癌治疗中至关重要。乳腺癌的靶向治疗经历了内分泌治疗(雌激素受体靶向治疗)、抗人表皮细胞生长因子受体-2(HER2)阳性治疗及免疫相关靶向治疗等几个阶段。
