玉米淀粉品质遗传改良研究的进展

摘要
利用遗传变异改良玉米淀粉的品质是当前我国玉米育种领域中一个值得重视的课题.本文综述了玉米淀粉品质性状的遗传变异和淀粉生物合成的途径,以及淀粉修饰型胚乳突变体淀粉品质特性的研究结果.讨论了玉米淀粉品质育种的策略和方法及开展淀粉品质遗传改良的意义.简述了遗传修饰型玉米淀粉在食品和非食品工业中的利用价值,并提出了进一步的研究方向.
