摘要：

<正>近年来,随着帕金森病（PD）的诊断及其运动症状治疗水平的提高,其非运动症状也得到越来越多的关注。所谓非运动症状是针对运动症状（静止性震颤、肌强直、运动减少、体位姿势障碍）而言,主要包括感觉障碍、睡眠障碍、精神障碍、认知功能障碍,自主神经功能障碍等。抑郁是PD精神障碍的最常见症状,其发生率为40%50%[1]。本研究比较多巴胺受体激动剂普拉克索和对比抗抑郁药物选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂（SSRIs）盐酸舍曲林对老年PD伴抑郁
