葡萄酒中微量元素与产地的相关性

摘要
葡萄和葡萄酒中的微量元素受到土壤类型、酿酒设备、酿造工艺和农药、化肥的影响。对葡萄酒中多种微量元素的含量和组成进行分析研究,结果显示:部分微量元素和葡萄酒的产地具有很好的相关性。表明通过检测微量元素含量来分辨葡萄酒的原产地是可能的。
