摘要：

他汀类药物是迄今为止应用最广泛的降脂药物,已成为治疗高脂血症及预防动脉粥样硬化性疾病的基石。大量研究已经证实他汀类药物能够预防继发性心血管事件的发生,降低心血管疾病的发病率及病死率。他汀类药物不仅通过发挥降脂作用改善心血管疾病的预后,同时还通过改善内皮功能、抗氧化、抗炎、抗血小板活性、稳定和改变斑块成分等作用使患者获益,即所谓的他汀类药物多效性。本文选取具有代表性的他汀类药物———阿托伐他汀,对他汀类药物多效性的研究进展进行综述。
